That's what the price was when it was a 100 plus a barrel a few years ago. But yes we fluctuate between 3.50 and 4.50 a gallon here now. Any abnormalities in the oil industry and we pay out the nose within 3 days of hearing the news.

I use the app "GasBuddy" and it has saved me 20-30 cents a gallon multiple times by just driving another 10+ miles down the road.

Latest big savings was around March in driving out to the Mojave. Instead of buying gas in Needles, CA I drove North into AZ and saved $2 a gallon

Loving Colorado. Fort Collins was pretty awesome.. at a dog bar in Denver right now getting my mimosa on while the pup sniffs some butts. So far my only complaint about this beautiful state is Boulder... not a fan at all lol

I’m glad it’s not just me lol. we get to town, takes like 20 minutes to find a parking spot, amd then try to walk the pup down the main drag strip mall thing and there’s “no pets” signs everywhere... on a fucking sidewalk in the middle of town. They are progressive enough to paint the side walks rainbow and hang pride flags in every shop window but won’t let you walk your dog down the street. For a second I thought they were having a some kind of special event for dudes that like to ride double on scooters....

He usually sleeps in my sleeping bag with me unless it’s too warm then on my feet. He loves the roof tent. When he gets tired he tries to climb the ladder and whimpers to be put in lol

As a father of 5 grown children I can tell you that we worry, we’ve seen a lot of bad results from bad choices BUT I’ve learned that if I did my job when you were young those “bad” choices weren’t so bad and can look back and be jealous I never took the risk.

Also don’t worry about the wife. Most guys marry up, some just do it better. Never been able to figure out why we got so lucky but we did.

Good luck. Give the dog a hug from me...
