What he said! Great info on these forums, and a huge variety of builds...but way too much smack and BS. I've gotten a lot of ideas from builds and seen some stuff that makes me think WTF! But in the end, it's not my truck, it belongs to the person who started the thread and he is the one who has to live with it. If folks don't like a persons build thread then they should listen to Eddie Murphy from Beverley Hills Cop....Have a Coke and a Smile and shut the F U! Or better yet, go start your own Trash Talk thread and bash whatever you choose....just have the courtesy to leave other peoples build threads just that!

Can we at least move this thread to the Builds forum? I'm super duper tired of seeing it pop up on freshies and I know 100% of the time it's going to be all circle jerk and no actual build updates.

Thank you. I quit coming to this thread because of all the nonsense and I want to see what OP's gonna do next.

To be honest Ive been working on the audio quite a bit, did a lot of sound dampening already, got the fronts mounted, ran new wiring for a fully active setup, measured the factory radio outputs to ensure clean sound, got a subwoofer box made, ended up doing two 10s, and Saturday will be the final big step. I just haven't been posting cause I got tired of 13 out of 16 pages being bs.

you should just do a thread on your audio build, if you've taken pictures of progress. I'd like to see how you're doing everything. That way this thread won't get too cluttered with BS.

Totally understandable. Some people don't know when and where to throw their opinions around. Regardless of their attitudes, there are several people on here that really do want to see what you are doing with your truck.

I'm no audiophile but the installation of the equipment interests me. You've also done a nice job on the fog light mod - definitely on my to do list. I really like that you've already gotten your Pro dirty, my Baja has only seen one small forest road, so I'm jelly there.

So please Alex, keep posting, you've got a unique truck and we want to see where you go with it.

Yeah that would be awesome if OP were so inclined to do so. I know what great tone is, but I don't know jack about car stereos. The stock system in my Baja sucks and we would love to see what you're up to audio wise.

Wtt? After he put the sort of cash he did into it to keep it like new... seems like a waste.

Ouch. That's going to be a nasty loss, even if he gets what he's asking for it. IM"O" he won't. A brand new Pro is cheaper and, sadly, nobody cares about the aftermarket stuff he added when it comes to vehicle value.

Sorry to see you're getting rid of it, OP. Was excited to see another high end Audison Bit-driven stereo in a Tacoma on here. GLWS.

Yeah, I'm thinking this is your standard case of kid gets a decent job, kid has more money then he's ever had, kid gets a credit card, kid maxes out his credit on new truck, kid maxes out his credit card on stuff for truck, kid can't make payments, and... well... you know the last part America.

Ouch, cars.com has the black book on this truck in his area around $34K....

OP is going to be hurting when this is done. He paid probably close to $40K for the truck new, added $6K in clearbra, and now he's going to take at least a $12K bath on a Tacoma... OUCH.

Sorry to hear your selling this OP. If you are still around on here what happened, if you don't mind us asking. Is it just to much money or did you move on that quick that you want to take that sort of loss?

EDIT: Looks like OP was here today around 5 pm. I wonder why he didn't post an update on the sale. Maybe he feared more ridicule? Too bad, I would like to know what's up for curiosities sake.
