    id say that would be a realistic reason. But they say in the articles ive read that they dont have a fix for it yet, they expect to have a resolution September.. check your vin tho on Toyotas wesite. i think theres a link on the article in posted

    Mine was built in May and is subject to the this recall - no delay. The recall notice is after this so it is plausible that it is an issue that would cause a delay
