My truck is kind of lame compared to some of yall's...

But it wont be one day! I bought the truck in July of 14. In November I was in an accident (no fault of my own) and totaled the truck. A semi came over a hill to dead stopped traffic, couldn't stop, slammed into me and rammed my taco into the nice new SUV in front of me. Twisted the frame. I drove it 2 hours home.
Bought the truck back for 1500 bucks, spent 500 to get the frame fixed, bought OEM front fenders and a hood. This past Christmas my fiance painted it for me (single stage white. eh, i know, i know, -paint could've been better.) I also got some decals for a 3rd gen taco for Christmas. Modified them, they look good, makes it stand out a little more in a sea of white tacomas..... there is a vision i have for my truck, its my lack of funds that seems to stop me.
Guess i'll post a few pics along the way in case it turned into this amazing, bad ass, one of a kind taco....

And i have had help along the way. my mechanical abilities extend as far as changing my brakes, rotors, oil, simple stuff. I have great friends!

 

This was the lady i hit. I knew the SUV i hit. I saw the semi coming and braced pretty good. Luckily no injuries.

and the most recent, decals, highly modified, in the freezing cold which was not good for them as i found out. But i am learning . these were also a present. i love my tacoma. the decals arent done yet, we are cutting piece by piece to make them work as the panels were so differently shaped than the intended year model for these. (3rd gen i think.
