When I first bought my truck, I brought it back to the dealer a few days later to have the remote start installed. When I went to pick it up the next day, it's a good thing I checked the whole truck out. There was a huge scratch on the rear bumper (driver's side).

I went back in bitching and complaing and the one guy said "are you sure it wasn't there when you brought it in". I had it for 3 friggin days...I told him NO it wasn't there. You a**holes did it.

They ended up repainting the entire rear bumper. I had to leave it again for a day or two and those were the worst 2 days. I was just hoping I didn't find anything else wrong with it when I went back.

you really have to learn the difference between miles and km, after all you are attempting to cross the border....

I just took mine in, I was away working with my truck for three weeks, I was scheduled for an oil change at 108,000 (km) and was at 119,000 by the time I got one done, the oil wasnt even black, it was just starting to blacken, I could have got another 8000 km out of it, for those imperialists, thats about 8000 miles over due.

When i go the cookies are always gone already. :( no doughnuts. No nothing. The last time i went they gouged out my Rugged Edition rims and told me that they could do nothing about it, that everytime that will happen. I contacted toyota customer service and gave them hell. All they did was contact the dealership, They wont do anything. I am so pissed off at them. Superior customer service my ass.
