    This works and doesn't work.

It remains off until my truck wheel speed exceeds about 35, then it magically turns on again and BLAH everything shuts down.

You first need to be out of control to learn how to be in control.

How do you expect anyone to learn how to drive in the snow?

As far as I am concerned this should be in drivers ed.

I have the feeling a bunch of dudes are laughing their asses off in a trolling forum right now. For some reason, everyone took him seriously.

I have been able to turn off the features to the point that I can control the throttle when losing traction in 2WD. However I still get the flashing yellow dash light and the 'beep beep beep' when the rear end slides out in a turn on snow or ice. Is it true that these safety features can't be completely turned off in a DCLB?

    Thanks

He's talking about auto or manual tranny

While stopped , push and hold the VSC button , the AUTO LSD light and the VSC light will come on , continue holding in the button , after a few seconds the AUTO LSD light will go out leaving only the VSC light on

This is VSC off mode , try that

I'm glad my truck doesn't have any of that garbage. Then again I learned to drive in all road conditions before all these "safety" features were available. I feel lucky.
