Took my '19 Tacoma in for its 6 month checkup and it returned with this sticker. Good thing I noticed it or I could have inadvertently overloaded my truck in the future! I'll just leave the gas tank a couple gallons shy of full and I should be fine.

(Mods are sliders, Bilstein 6112/5150 lift, add a leaf, 275/70/17s. Oh, and mudflaps)

Mine came with that sticker stock from the dealership. I'm pretty sure my 2nd gen had a similar sticker. This has been going on for years across all makes FYI.

I just noticed my yellow sticker over the weekend - after my 10,000 mile service last week - and mine tells me that I've lost 3kg or 8 lbs. Must be the weight of the sticker.

I did get the TSS recall service done at the same time so maybe they slobbered on 8 pounds of goo to seal it up.

With sliders, bigger tires and suspension mods, you lost a lot more than 10 lbs!

It probably meant to read 100, but as we know most dealers can't even perform tire pressure checks right.

Yeah, I'm suspecting the mudflaps too. Those are going to have to come off!

They did that to my Sienna and all I did was add a front lip to the bumper. I expect to see something similar when I take my Tacoma in for its first service in about 5 months.

What and when, and by whom are those stickers being applied? Through your dealers when the trucks are new or afterwards during service when you’ve made modifications? If by Toyota, when did they start doing it?
