I mentioned this before but will repeat. before you spent any money clean Charcoal Air filter. If this filter is clogged you will get random errors and yes bad fuel mileage will follow.

EVAP canister is emissions BS that shouldn't affect how your car runs.

    BlueT is correct about this.

I was doing the rear differential breather mod and dropped the spare tire for more room. There staring at me was that filter next to the charcoal canister. I PMd BlueT with a couple of questions about the filter and ended up taking it off and blowing air both directions through its two ports.

WOW! What a dust bowl. I filled the atmosphere in my garage with all the dust collected in that thing. Don't spend big money on a charcoal canister until you check out whether that filter is restricted/full of dust. Hats off to BlueT. Check the hoses too.

    But it will.

Overfilling the tank will cause fuel to contaminate the charcoal canister.
When the evap system opens the purge valve, rather than drawing vapor from the canister into the intake, it will draw raw fuel, causing it to run rich, which will generate additional codes and impact mileage.

Nope, Mine came back on too. My guess would just be put a new canister in there. Gonna be hard for me because Im going to have to drop the tank cause I am certainly not going to cut out my bed cage!

You dont need to remove the tank to clean Charcoal filter.
Sendign you pdf that shows location of it. Its attached to Charcoal Canister which is next to tank.

    Np Sir :D
That should save tons of money for people. Many think its overfilling of the tank, but I think overfilling only dumps fuel to charcoal if that charcoal filter is clogged.
