    Why does this matter?

With all the other things people post on here to get attention, this one is pretty innocuous. It's not like he was asking people to keep an eye out for it or hunt down the guy.

OP -- glad they found the guy. Hope you get something shiny for your trouble.

Talked to the tow company, sounds pretty messed up. There's damage all around it and like I said it was half under water. Ahhh. Thanks for the support guys!

Sorry to hear man. People have no respect for others property nowadays. It's a sad world. Have to lock up the house and cars at night and the wife's afraid to even open a few windows at night to let in the nice cool air to keep the a/c costs down.
Hope the insurance company treats you well and doesn't give you any run around.

That's a real bummer, man. Sorry to hear. It amazes me that people don't have respect for others belongings anymore. A few weeks ago my truck got vandalized. Spray painted every inch of it, slashed the tires, and keyed all over it. Had to get half the truck repainted and it cost over $5k in damages. All because some dumb teenagers probably thought it'd be fun.

Hope your insurance helps you out a lot and you get a shiny new truck soon.

Completely unexpected. I never would have thought this would have happened in my own garage.

Everything I've been hearing is it will be a total loss. But we shall see. I hope it's a speedy process.

On a side note, at the Yota dealership now. Test drove an 07 DC. I'm in love. It I get this all settled I'll be takin it home as soon as I can...

Put some pics into my gallery. Two of before. One after. Like I said it's a crappy pic, but it's the better of the three I got. My partner on the ambulance was able to take em'.

Tow company won't even let me in. I looked at from a ways back behind a gate. It's definitely not sitting level anymore. Waiting patiently...

If I start my truck in the garage I open the garage door 3/4 open, ( if someone backs the truck up, the top half of the cab would nail the garage door) but even that isn't foolproof........

Not to uncommon up here in WA. A few years ago, some guy went out and started his car. He went inside for a minute while it warmed up, he heard someone get into it and start to drive off. He went after them and ended up getting run over and killed by the car thief.

It actually happens more often than you think up here.
