My version of the seatbelt chime bypass (keep blinker sounds)

    I hear you, it's not for everyone. It was plain as day to see which two wires went to the seatbelt, so I went for it. For the record you could always just reconnect the wires with some butt connectors.

    For the low tech crowd that wants to get rid of the chime for about ten minutes time...I took an old credit card and cut it to fit over the driver side door chime button using the screw next to it. The only effect other than the chime is the overhead door lights won't come on when in the 'door open' position. Another benefit, depending how you see it, is it's not permanent.
