Thats depressing. I have a superwhite and the approved tube came with the truck. I actually had the same type thing happen already with the wife but her mailbox encounter only put a little skidmark on the rearview mirror which buffed right out with a little persuasion.

Funny, because I had an '11 for 8 years and I used Toyota color match Magnetic Grey Metallic and it worked fine. There is a technique to it, not just smearing paint into the scratch.

I personally would not settle for anything less than 2 sexual favors, to be provided on different occasions. No combos allowed.

My wife back my 1977 Toyota pickup into a fire hydrant! Damn near broke it off! I had a friend fix up the quarter panel and used the “incident” to my advantage for quite awhile after it happened.

Another vote for leave it, really. It’s a scratch not worth the expense to fix. The pressure is off now. Just drive it and enjoy. I’ve lived with this type minor damage on a new suburban and a new Volvo XC60. Worried about them much less and enjoyed them more.

    So totaled.
Have your wife back into the mail box using the other side of the truck. Evens out the look.

How do so many people manage to hit so many stationary things while driving? Driving is not that difficult, especially since most adults have been driving for YEARS. Maybe get your head out of your ass... Wait, let me guess; it was an “accident”. That’s about right. An overused excuse of a word for people to not feel so bad about whatever dumb shit that they did, which then allows them to move past their dumb shit without learning a thing, completely forgetting about their dumb shit until the next time they do some more dumb shit. It wasn’t an accident. Quit using that as an excuse for your dumb shit. It was simply some dumb shit that you did. Quit doing dumb shit. Driving isn’t difficult...

I'd be looking on the bright side by leveraging this catastrophic event into buying something I always wanted. 'There, there, dear. Sure, it's the second most important thing/person in my life(remember, she's #1) and it's bad what you did, but it can be fixed......Say, remember that diamondback tonneau cover I was telling you about!' Glass is half full!

Put some touch up paint on it, kiss your wife and thank God that this is all that’s wrong in your life.

So my sister-in-law murdered my mail box. At least itBroken post and mailbox.jpg was with her car. I would never let her drive my truck. Now we've lived at this home for 17 years and she has visited us many times. And I have a curved drive way not really near the poor mailbox. This was during Christmas and she decided at the last moment to go to Plow & Hearth for some Christmas bargains. I did get a new post and mailbox courtesy USAA insurance.
