    I decided to make a slightly larger emblem... saw another member on here with one so made mine from slightly thicker brushed aluminum...

    It reminds me of the raptors grille with the big ford emblem. Not bad.

    Brushed aluminum sheets on either side of LDPE Polyethylene
    Cut on a CNC machine
