My guess is brake fluid as well. Might help to have someone pump the brakes a good bit while youre under there with the truck running. It could show itself. Safety glasses would be better than an eyefull of brake fluid :)

Well Tacoma brethren, I think I've found it. Broken seal on the drivers side diff where it hooks to the CV axle. The fluid is oily, clear, and odorless. Oddly enough, it's inside the cab under the plastic trim along the door? Thing I don't understand is that it's so clear, and my truck has 94k miles on it and I've owned it for the last 20k?

TLDR, suspected broken front diff seal, clear odorless oil EVERYWHERE including inside of truck.

Diff oil is not odorless nor does it have a way into the cab....Do you have a bottle of oil stored in the back seat that has a loose cap??

Yeah Diff Oil has a very strong smell, not something you want on your hands.

I swear to god, I am an idiot. I really am. There's a reason I have my username is what it is. I'm walking around Walmart right now and I just remembered I have a bottle of Lucas oil injector cleaner, a big one, stored behind my seat in the back. I bet it got knocked over and is leaking. I really need to be beaten for how stupid I am.

You sir have a huge set of nuts and deserve a pat on the back for admitting this. Most would make something up and move on!

It's probably coming from something forward of where it shows up. I vote for bed drains.
