I have a 2001 Tacoma Prerunner and noticed this odd leak the other day but can't place where it's coming from

It's on the passenger side just below the door frames

I've checked the coolant, brake, and transmission fluid...all seem ok

I've added a picture of a couple of drops against a white backdrop just in case it gives any help

I took it to a mechanic nearby and when he looked under said everything looked dry around the tires, and the rack was dry...

    Any thoughts?

*the three pictures are 3 different spots along the passenger side undercarriage

Clean it with degreaser and monitor. Road oil may have splahed there?

Are you certain it isn't condensation (water) from the AC system? Any moisture in the cab (high up under the dash in the passenger footwell)? Does it have any smell to it?

Agreed. Clean it and check to see if it returns. That is a strange location for a leak.

A/C condenser drain is plugged and it's dripping from the housing and going under the carpet/mat/insulation and seeping thru the floor seam.
