Hearing a rattling/shuttering type sound under the front passenger seat of my 01 DC at low accelerations, like 0-10mph.

    Heat Shield or something else?

Could be or your skid plates are not tight. I just fixed a long standing clunk from my front end..... Found 1 bolt missing and one rather loose. So much for getting your oil changed at the local Toyota dealer!
