2018 TACOMA TRD OR DC

I was swapping my tag lights to led on my 2018 OR and noticed this plug coming out of the harness. It’s not capped just left open. Anyone know what this plug might be for?

It's to plug your tailgate camera connector into when you take the tailgate off. It's in your manual.
