They look awesome, Awesome product if you live were there is ABSOLUTELY NO SALT from the roads, I bought a set from N-fab that i installed on my 08 silverado in november 2007 and by feb. 2008 i had to take them off because they were so rusty and all the powercoat was flaking off. Im not saying they are bad at all just not ideal in the salty part of the country. I know they have a 3 year powercoat warr. but shipping them back would defeat the warr as shipping was big money. I have seen people Line-X them and that would solve the problem, thats what i was going to do but sold truck. When i talked to them they said that they will have stainless ones soon!!

Do they stick out far enough to protect the side of the truck so that morons with shopping carts wont dent my truck? They do look good.

yeah. they are out to the side. so a shopping cart or a car door wont hit the truck.
