Coming up on owning my 2015 Tacoma sport for one year! It should be a good anniversary for us if i get her some new shoes. Thinking of going with a 17x9 -12 wheel and either 265/65 or 275/70 tires with the bilstein 5100's. I would prefer to level it but if i must lift it then i will. Anyone have this set up or recommendations? Am i wrong in my thinkng or am i on the right track?

if you tow anything and you just level the truck, you rear end is going to sit way down! If you are trying to save money then get 5100s all around, set the front at 2nd to last notch and get a 1.5" add-a-leaf for the rear. This will give you an all around lift for less than $500. You will still need to pay for the install and the alignment but its a cheap way to get a decent lift for your truck. Also if its not leaving the pavement you might think about spacer lifts. They are never recommended for offroading but if its just for looks and you are not towing anything they will do the job for you.

Welcome to TW. Use the search bar and check out the drop downs. If you read enough you will find the answer to almost any question you may have about your truck.
