I'll look into it and get back to you later on today.

My beta should be getting it today to test, should have an answer within the next day or so depending on his schedule. The first one got rear ended and is held up at the body shop, which is why we were delayed. Stay tuned!

What app are people using on their smart phone with the N2 smart module?

LINKR LT, put our phone number in the retailer's section when prompted, the background skin will change to N2. The instructions on our website shows which app.

Another successful installation here - just the base remote start unit for 3rd gen push buttons. I like the fact that there are two cable extensions left for (I assume) a cell module that I can install in the future, if I want to. The cable installation is extremely easy, the only mystery for me was tugging the plastic panels to take them out - I didn't want to break them. The video is extremely helpful. The wiring and the connectors seem robust and well-built.

Got mine installed last night. Installation was very easy. I think I spent more time bundling the wires and zip-tying everything up behind the kick panel than getting it initially hooked up and working.

One question, and I apologize if it's been asked, are we supposed to leave the 4-pin connector without the tab plugged into the unit? The one that was used to originally power on the module and program it. I left mine plugged in, but wasn't sure if it was only supposed to be plugged in for initial programming or left in all the time. Thanks!

If you don't have a smart module, it stays in. If you get the smart module, an identical one off the smart module will replace it and that's when you leave it dangling. If you don't have the smart module and you pull it out, your system will not work.

Just did some more testing now...we need to look into some wiring details. Sorry for the delay but we're continuously working to make it happen. So far only our 2020 HKEY AUTO, MAN and STANDARD KEY/KEYLESS work and are currently offered.

Same here. Could have sworn that the countdown time was local to me. Midnight came and I logged in to find that it was set to pacific time. Oh well, did it this morning.

Sorry fellas, minor glitch. The time was east coast at first, when we tested the codes, the codes were only active PST (our local time) due to our server/host location, so we had to go back and edit the countdown so that it reflected when the codes could be actually valid or else you would've had a count down that finished, but codes not valid for another 3 hours...
