    As long as I have cell service wherever the truck is sitting I get the battery voltage, door lock status, and truck location status.

    If I reset the protocol by switching to ADS and after 5 minutes back to Fortin I can start the truck and operate the locks over and over again as long as I don't move the truck. Once I move the truck I have to do the protocol maneuver again.

    Today the door lock status said unlocked all day even though I locked them. I used the actual lock button on the door when I exited the truck....I never did that before today...maybe that affected the status.

    Heads up to all, I have the same experience intermittently with an older 3G unit and DEI Directed Remote Starter so for those who aren’t experiencing anything, awesome, for those who are, it’s not you, your phone or hardware. So I’m just glad it will be something that can be sent over the airwaves so there is really nothing more in terms of work we need to do. The factory has a Tacoma, and they’re testing it according to @jmeitz, they know the problem, now just working on resolving it. So pretty soon anyone experiencing anything but perfect, will wake up to a flawless device. So keep this in mind, the next biggest competitor also is experiencing this but it’ll be resolved. @jmeitz pesters them everyday about it and I pesture him everyday for results on his pestering.

    9 degrees here and it wouldn’t work, I had to switch my protocol a couple times and it worked thankfully & I still came out to a warm truck with no snow on the windshield :D

    well I purchased the system for my Tacoma from n2designs and when I received the first module to use the key fob it was so simple to install and program as the harness couldn't have been more simpler to install and program,with that said when I received the cell module,connecting and programming realy went south for me so I called n2designes and jimmy called me back within minutes and actually spent over 2 hrs on phone trying to get my system working so nobody can say the guy isn't standing behind his product and hes gotta have the best cust support ever
    so im overall happy with my purchase and im sure these guys will get it all corrected..and when it does get corrected this system will be the bomb

    I to am having the same issues with the cell phone app. I can see the location of my truck and battery status but am unable to use the lock/unlock buttons and engine start. Any ideas on when these things will be resolved? I have the 4G smart phone module.

    Are those having issues with 4G application using Android or iOS? I only had a "issue" for less then 12 hours and I believe it was due to my lack of cellular service. I am using the iOS application updated to it's recent set to Fortin. Started my truck this morning, twice in -25* weather...

    Both OS's for me.. I had IOS during the install and then, recently, swapped to Pixel 3 and still having the same issue.. There's a small % of us dealing with this while others have reported no issues..

    Yea me too.. Honestly, it couldn't have happened at the worst time with this Polar Vortex. BUT I feel privileged to have heat regardless cause there are some people who are going through tough times right now.

    Started to have issues with the CL6 app today, kind of a bummer. My question is this, who can we complain to (because this is out of your hands really...) in order to ensure our issues are heard. Many of us will be paying for this yearly, if it only works sometimes - price can be considered steep.

    I think it's important to note that none of the issues, in my opinion are Jimmy's fault - they're problems with the cellular application itself. My products have worked flawless and continue to, it's the CL6 phone application I'm beginning to have intermittent problems with.

    “Jeremie and I” have been on the phones all day today. We're getting closer. In fact @jmeitz has been emailing and on the phone daily. He's on the phone with the smart module manufacturer, I'm on the phone with the remote starter manufacturer. And our effort is savage, relentless, they ARE going to get it done mainly due to Jeremie's being very persistent. It'll be good soon. Doesn't matter where you got it, even the next biggest name selling online is having the same issue as they sell the same identical hardware, except guess what, they're sending their customers to speak directly to the factory unlike us, taking the initiative to be the customers advocate...go figure.

    Edit - First grade grammar mistake, forum member @jmeitz was kind enough to take time out of his busy day to point it out. Everyone, please send @jmeitz a PM, flood his inbox with thank you notes for his service. You all now can understand and make sense of what I was saying above because “Me and Jeremie” wasn’t very clear to many,
