I purchased your remote starter kit for my Tacoma and was impressed. Do you have a plug-n-play option for a 2011 FJ Cruiser (auto trans)?

Do we have to do anything if we already have a module or will in automatically work in Canada now?

    Thanks.

You need to do nothing special. Purchase, and program it per included instructions. It plugs right into the remote starter, not your vehicle. It programs the same way.

There is no "USA" or "Canadian" part number. Same chip set it will just connect no matter where its at.

Installed mine yesterday. I had to get some answer's from James and he walked me thru everything.
I couldn't be happier with Winter on it's way!

Great product and customer service from one place, imagine that!

Is there a two way key available for a smart key system (2018)?

Not a key, but fob, yes. You'll have to still keep you smart fob to drive off, and carry the extra fobs which is why most opt for the smart phone module add on because we all always have our phone on us!

But yes, here it is, Click Here

But that's only an add on, you'll need this kit first, Click Here (N2-EA-TOY6-K)

You would chose "No Smart module Add on", then go to the Long Range link above and add that separately to the cart.

Everything I mentioned above is if your ignition is a Push to Start type. If you have to put a key into the ignition (key/fob in one type), you have an HKEY and so you would need tat remote start kit and the long range fob kit for an N2-EO-...

    Added my @N2DesignsInc starter today.
I had a little trouble with the Smart remote and James went thru it all with me.

When he could start my truck from CA and I'm in CT obviously the problem was my phone.
After checking for updates and restarting my phone all is working Very well.

I'm in New England so I'm looking forward to a warm truck to get into when it's cold out..
Thank you for your time today James.

Been following for the past year and finally pulling the trigger on it right now. I hesitated last year on the kit and regretted it all winter.

The only question is should I pull the trigger on a kit for my wifes Prius?
    @N2DesignsInc multi car discount??

And it has been ordered! Thanks, Jimmy @N2DesignsInc for a great buying experience. Can't wait to get it installed this weekend.

For those with a 6MT and ordered the smart module, any tips/tricks or suggestions? Hoping to get all the research and gremlins out of the way before I get started.

Been considering this (remote start, keyless entry fob on a 2019 Auto SR with a regular plain old school key) as I just got my new taco a week ago....

are there any discount codes for being military or Tacoma world members?

    Also

How easy is it to install? I am no idiot (usually ). And I know it says plug in play but I have to ask...
Is there a video on it? I love videos from an understanding aspect....

Started reading a few dozen pages here last night about the ready process for Mt but never made it to the ending. Was it ever decided if we can keep the driver door open and go into the back seat to grab a child or briefcase and then close all doors? What's the time frame until the system cancels the process

Running into an issue with manual activating the ready mode. Go thru the sequence and exit but truck doesn't turn off

Edit:, disregard was dumb and was doing the procedure with the driver door open.... All doors must be closed as if you are driving. Duh
