The dome lights would stay on for longer than normal. Normally they dim after say ten seconds, with the issue, it’s like 30 seconds. Then I had all my dash lights randomly stop working will driving at night. Talk about disorienting. Last issue is only the driver door lock seems to remote unlock. Instead of all 4. That one came out of nowhere. I’ve already taken the damn thing apart once before and inspected everything. Time to rip it all apart and send it in again I guess.

That sucks, I hope you get it worked out. I hate regretting a mod I was looking forward to, I've been there.

I bought the N2 Take over two weeks ago and I’m returning it. It shuts off after 15 seconds, then starts backup, then shuts down. I’m going to return and give start-x a try.

I’m waiting for my RMA replacement harness and “Directed” module to get delivered next week. I REALLY want this to workout for the amount of money I spent but after reading more and more about it, it’s a flawed system.

-The cellular module and app would not work. Every command I sent would time out.
-Mine would turn the truck off after opening the door.
-Turn the truck off after tapping the brake pedal
    -Randomly restart itself
-Made the interior dash lights stop working, and I had every know light on my dashboard light up like a Christmas tree.

Ultimately, they said it could have been my battery. Okay, fine. It’s seven years old. I’ll replace it. But even if I get another battery, and it still doesn’t fix it I’ll push for a refund. Too much dang money spent for it to not work.

Interesting that people are having issues. For a bit there I thought it was just me. I’m still waiting on my harness. It hasn’t even left their warehouse yet.

Anyone that’s installed this kit have issues w door locks? Even after installing a new harness, when I use the app only the drivers door unlocks. Anyone else?

Mine works the same. Only the driver door unlocks with the app regardless of the setting in the head unit. The remote and touch sensor on the handle still operate as expected depending on the setting in the head unit.

Gotcha. Thanks for the reply. Definitely a feature that’s not talked about enough. After the new harness it appears my system is working as intended then haha.
