Made some progress on the bumper, its not done yet but I painted it to fight off the all evil rust. Still need to tweak it after it warped a bit during welding, cut holes for lights, hilift, shackle mounts, and enlarge the access hole for the winch.

haha the bumper looks good tho man. Good fab skills. Is there a way to space out the side with the fender tho? That thing might hit when you're flexing on the trail

Yeah it already hits, got warped when I welded it. I had a nice even 1/4 all the way around now it nose dives and has about 3/8 gap in the front and almost none on the fender. I thought it was going to warp a lot more then it did, I can fix it though.

I had to hack the shit out of the bumper to get it to fit, doesn't look so bad in pics but in person it looked like shit. My end goal was a plate bumper so I wanted it as high as possible so I mounted it above the frame, if you were to mount it inside the frame you wouldn't have to hack it up so much and get it to look clean. If you want I can give you more detail on how to do it yourself.

    Thanks

I wasn't a huge fan of the color when I first got it, I wanted black or white, but it's grown on me. I don't think I would want another color now.

I was going to finish it up today but the rain had other ideas:(

Still deciding if I want a hoop on it or not, I might just get relentless to make me one and see how I like it. Depending on cost.
