Name of a part or a diagram

Hey yall,
2006 2TR-FE 2WD Tacoma..
I am looking for the name for the vertical metal support beam that is directly under the hood latch that bolts onto the core support. Ideally I'm looking for an exploded diagram listing everything.

That doesn't seem to list it.. I just found a picture of a tacoma with it's grille off..not my truck, but I'm talking about this piece...

 

is it not #5? they put it in a weird spot maybe you missed it?

Yanno, it might just be.. I didn't realize it had that little part that came off of it. I'm going to take a look tomorrow when it's light out. Thanks!
