Hey TW residents. I've been driven mad trying to find this specific part without having to replace the entire rear grab handle assembly. I've looked at part diagrams, bought what I swore would be right...but definitely wasn't. So here I am.

It's the clip that slides in and hides the grab handle bolts. Mine came with two snapped off, at least the previous owner kindly left em in the glove box. No part number stamped on it. Not the end of the world, but would be nice to neaten her up.

    Thanks!

Grip Sub-Assy, Assist, 74610-AD010-B0. The handle and those end covers appear to all be one assembly.

Crap. That's what I was afraid of. Well, probably won't be buying an assembly to get the end caps any time soon. Dropping that so far down the list.

    Thanks!

Hmmmm I missed one! I nabbed 7461704050B0 and that wasn't it. But I can give 04040-B0 a shot.

Thanks, I'll keep all posted. If it works, owe 4xdog and the TW crew a virtual beer.

Report your findings. I’m missing one too. Tried the junk tards and most tacomas are completely stripped before becoming available to the public. The salvage yards in this area run national online stores and eBay accounts so everything is sold at a premium. Dealers get second dibs on any left overs, public gets what’s left after which is usually just the shell.

I believe those p/n's are for the front pillar grab handle, not the rear one. Based on original photo in post #1 I figured this was for the rear handle. OP which one do you need - front or back?

@wi_taco Yeah, I just verified before purchasing and those are the Front A-Pillar caps. In the never ending search for the rear grab handle end caps like @Steelhead Bum. Tried local, junk, etc. Looking like the cap is part of the full assembly after all unless someone pulls out a miracle. I mean I guess I can buy the assembly and punish myself by NOT treating myself to a drink or food at some point to make up the $20 + S/H for two plastic end caps lmao. It's more a matter of principle that two stinking little plastic caps should be easier to get, and not cost $20-30 for the assembly. :D

Ah -- indeed @wi_taco, those P/Ns I listed are for the front grab handle. Sorry for misunderstanding what you needed, @EveryDayIsTacoTues.

I believe @wi_taco had it exactly right in post #2. The rear grab handles are only available from Toyota as a complete subassembly as 74610-AD010-B0 for gray.
