I’m trying to figure out the names of the parts that are folded up. Is it the quarter panel and the radiator supports? Possibly part numbers?

    Your going to need:

    Left front fender
    Left front headlight
    Left front fog light
    Bumper cover
    Bumper center cover
    Grill surround
    Core support
    Left upper frame rail
Left inner fender metal (not sure what its called)
    Hood

This is what I can see from the picture, but there are probably some electrical connections in there, possible ac parts or cooling parts. There may be suspension damage and or frame damager there too.

Thanks Erik! That open part no one knows the name of lol. Literally all my cooling and suspension is gtg. My plan is to just get new inner metal and throw on some new fenders and bumper.

You might be able to pull the core support and inner fender stuff out and get it pretty straight. It wont have the same impact rating as before, but the fender and headlights should fit and will cover most of that. Ive done that before on cars where we didnt want to replace the upper frame rails.

Take a look at this link. You should be able to get most of what you need.

    Follow the steps,
Make, model, year, engine, then select body and lamp

the problem is it’s welded on. So I’ll have to cut all the welds off, smack it with a hammer till it’s straight, then weld it back on?

Nope, normally we would use a frame rack to pull it straight. The frame rack has clamps that clamp down on the metal and then it pulls using using hydraulic rams. Since we dont have a frame rack in this situation we can make do with things we do have. A tow strap and vice grips tied to a tree. Your going to need a spotter and use 4 wheel low, but you will clamp the vice grips to parts that need a straight pull and hook the strap to them. Other parts you can just wrap the strap around and pull.

The only time you will need a hammer is to pound on some parts while pulling to get them straight. I will advise you that normal frame rack operation takes experience to get the parts straight, doing it in your backyard with a tree requires a bit more skill to get it perfect, but less skill to get it close enough.

Now the methods I am stating are in no way the correct ways of doing it, they are just ways that you can do it at home if you dont want to go to a body shop.
