Well, if you look at the history.
Anytime there is a fight, confrontation , etc, camera people always follow anyone who is pissed off or caused someone to be pissed off.
That's why they follow them to the car haulers, motor homes etc.
Most of the time they just follow a lonely walk and then they disappear.
Last night he hit the jackpot.

You also have to take into account that your point position has a lot to do with things. You spot for the NEXT elimination round matters as well. Sure you have a win and get to move on, but where you sit at the beginning of the next elimination round is important as well.

 

After each elimination round the points are all the same for every driver that advanced. I think at the beginning of this round everyone started with 3000 points. So if you win the 1st race but have a dnf at the next 2, you still have equal points to any driver that makes it to the next round.

 

Did stewart ram the front of the #2 car? I didn't see the race but on the radio a few hours after the race the guy was talking about kenseth and Hamlin and mentioned that stewart let him have it too.
