:puke: DW is the worst announcer out there.

My problem with Jeff and Steve is all they fucking talk about is fuel strategy (which I know we've had a lot of those tracks), don't get me wrong it's a big deal, but they harp on it constantly instead of talking about the ongoing battles (which there haven't been much of) or anything else pertinent really.

Easily solved problem. Don't watch 'em. I stopped watching races years ago. I tune in on the radio or their live streams. The MRN and PRN announcers are fantastic. There's like 8 of them at the track and they make it seem like every lap is the last lap. You can actually hear the cars ripping around the track rather than mixed and muffled behind the commentary on TV. These dudes have to yell so you can hear them. Plus, I can do stuff while listening to the race and I save $50 a month not having cable.

Or mute the tv and turn on the radio. I used to do that too. It was DW and dismall TV coverage that drove me to stop watching altogether. My time is more valuable and I don't owe any of those drivers such allegiance.

I like watching the race, I usually mute it though and listen to MRN

Bristol is one of those "must attend" tracks if you go to races. One of these days I will get there. Might be a couple more years though. Still looking forward to Talladega in October. It's a semi-local track for me even here in Florida. I know superspeedways can be boring, but these new aero-packages do seem to dice it up a little. Plus Talladega has some SERIOUS fun things going on during the weekend that just make it a blast to attend.

MRN? Is it free and show Kyle Busch? I've seen crap with only the one cars and drivers view, but that's boring...

He had a fast truck but there was quite a few people that were pretty pissed about him jumping a little bit.

What happened to Crafton on that last restart? Looked like he just spun through the gears or something. The had a clean restart but he didn't G-O.

Cool I might see you there then. There's free parking for Toyota's next to the track and a brick church off in a field next to the track to where you can park for ~$20 and you don't have to walk that far. I'll be sitting in Yarborough section D on the back stretch.

And as far as that last restart Crafton had, I don't know what the hell happened to him.
