Almirola is good enough... He was the first guy that didn't make the chase... I feel like he would've made it with good enough equipment...

 

When the race goes past 6 ET, it'll switch over to NBCSN, just a heads up, don't know if they will mention it much on the broadcast.

 

What there is a race today Sorry actually watching TAMPA kick DALLAS a$$ and now New England

 

Looks like the race will get started around 6:30ish-6:45 ET

 

So last round night race, should be interesting...

 

Damn, out of town and don't get NBCSN in the room.

 

I'm pissed about the rain.... Planned a whole day around the race... May still get Bojangles like I planned earlier

 

Another 30-40 min of rain so closer to 8 pm ET start

 

Is this gunna be like Daytona I think where the race was at 3am?

 

Uh oh, looks like off on light mist until 9:30 then it rains again. They could possibly get 2 1/2 hours in, hopefully that rain will miss the track. As DW would put it, they need to get started to create a vortex around the track causing the rain to miss....

 

So is there gunna be a race or no? This is bullshit, they'll make it happen while we're all at work.

 

The problem is it's not raining, but the safer barriers are trapping water so they had to take out the foam because water kept seeping on the track. No ET for green yet.

Got a strips box with macaroni and fries. Lots of bo sauce. I got dinner for 3 days now.

 

Race is far from over, but here we are again with Kurt Busch having the fastest car all weekend and shoots himself in the foot.

 

Absolute stupid rule for those initial restarts IMO though
