No idea if I will try and make that trip this year. Ouray doesn't have much in the way of trails that i havent seen, so unless Megan can get the week off from school to come out ill probably plan a different trip this year. The only event i am definitely planning for again this year is the Colorado Toyota Jamboree, way better trails, along with cooler people and rigs.

I'm down for whatever as long as it's after June. Just want to get out to a different state and wheel, and see a few good friends I haven't seen in a while!

Dude i am game to head that way too. You need to look into the Colorado Jamboree, its the best event I've ever been to. Now if we can talk Colin into it we'll be set.

I invite anyone who cares more about wheelin and hanging out while making new friends than raffles and vendors to look into and join this event. Much more wheelin' centric than a lot of the other toyota events.

Here's last years thread from t4r.

I feel the same way. Vendors are cool, but I do enough research on my own to know who I want to buy from haha

Looks pretty awesome. If it's around the same time as last year then I'm definitely up for it!

I had a serious crush on his 3rd gen, and his rig made me fall in love with the F5s. His IG has pictures of his 4th gen but I've never actually seen it after it had the front bumper

Then i had stepped into a 4th Gen 4Runner Sport V6, it was awesome. Loved that truck and it was being built into my dream truck when it was wrecked. Both the driver and I (passenger at the time) walked away almost scratch-free.

I honestly have wanted a 2nd gen since they came out, without getting too deep into my personal life; I had my 3rdGen got deployed, got divorced, got down, picked myself back up. Bought the 4th Gen, then it got totaled in May 2015. Then decided it was time to live and build what i wanted. I wanted a fully loaded 2012 (or newer) DCSB so that's what i went for. And that's how my 2012 DCSB w/ LT came to be!

Me too man, really looking forward to my journey from New Mexico. This'll be the longest road trip for my Tacoma so far. Should be an epic weekend without a doubt!

Thank you very much, all of you! The Toyota community is unlike any car enthusiast group I have ever been a member of. I mean 100%, if anyone that frequents my build thread or Instagram ever is traveling through NM or the SW to please let me know and we'll hit a trail or two or we'll have a couple beers. If you ever see my rig out on an adventure or road trip dont hesitate to flag me down or come over to chat. I literally would be thrilled to meet all the awesome people i've become acquainted with over the past couple years through my Toyota 4x4s.

I'm always incredibly humbled by the kind words from dudes on here that have way sicker rigs and thought out mods than my own.

    Cheers,
    Nathan
