I'll start off by saying, I should just link my truck. Leaf springs will never work.

Anyway, BTF did some work on my truck.
Highlift mount, whip mount, rear bumpstops.
Oh yeah, and blue straps because you have to match.

Now the good part. I got new f67's from deaver, so I'll mount them at 52.5" hanger to hanger right?
    WRONG!!!!
I'm pretty much riding on my bumps.

I'll see how late I sleep in :)

I don't know what I'm going to do. I'm just tired of it not working when everyone else's work with these specs. Right now I have the shackle mounted farther back, around 56" just to get some height. It rides ok

    ...too much shit to list.
It's not just you. It's everyone (except JD...he has some freak of a leaf pack)...just not everyone knows there is a problem. Mine rode the same way once I corrected the the mounting posiitons. Which is the biggest reason I sold my leaf pack and went to something with more lift/load capacity. Pretty much every truck I've seen with the 52.5" and f67s had shit for uptravel when combined with dual spares and keeping the bed. Add in your big ass fuel safe, and you've got a recipe for riding on your bumps. The f67 is a great pack, but it's not made for that kind of weight.

Moving the shackle farther towards the rear of the truck will lift the truck more, but you'll suffer in terms of travel and ride. My suggestion is to sell the f67 and have Deaver make you a custom pack. Just make sure it's still a 61.5" pack so you don't have to change any of your mounting points and a lot more arch than the f67. I'm closer to 4-5" of lift now at ride height

Some visuals of my truck during it's life:

Thanks for the info Jason. What is the spacing for the mounts on the 50T pack? I might go that route or talk to deaver tomorrow.

So anyway, I went and talked to deaver about a custom leaf pack this morning. Had everything setup, went and weighed the back of my truck, got everything in order, then he said, Ok we'll have those ready in 3-4 weeks.
    I said, let me reconsider.
So I got a 50T pack and installed it today. Pics tomorrow, I'm too tired and its dark.
It sits way higher with the 52.5" hanger to hanger. I think I'm happy.

I believe I do. When Tyler valved them there was the big shim, then a little one, then the rest of the stack. Is that what you're talking about? And he valved them to drop out fast also.

Thanks bro. We thrashing pismo soon?

I did. And I made a list. I need dust lights, a light bar and a radio.
But I want to go again

Excellent. Tyler knows his shock shit so i have no questions about what he did is the right decision (and yes, a small shim in between two larger shims is a flutter stack.
