National back-order?

I tried ordering new CV dust shields from two Toyota suppliers (90316-A0001). Both cancelled my order, and the last one told me it was due to a national back-order . . . da fuq?

I really need to replace my front wheel bearings . . .

I guess the question would now be . . . is there an acceptable aftermarket version of this part?

I've been waiting 3 months for the OEM hood I ordered from Toyota. They're telling me now it's gonna be three more months.....ugh.....

 

Try finding a CV rebuild kit. Still waiting on that. I'm throwing in Napa axles in the interim since the general consensus is that those axles are quality. I didn't want to spend the money on a CVJ.
