The 1st thread on this is getting kinda of long so I will start a poll to see if we can get a majority vote on a location for this meet.
These have been the most popular places mentioned.
Also a time would be good to establish.
I would say spring break in March or the first part of June. This could allow members that are in school or teachers to come.
I don't mind helping to get this put together but it will require the help of several people to pull this off.

I've been to/lived in most of those places, so I picked KC. I've never been there, but heard good things.

Kansas city is pretty dirty but I voted for there since it's only 6 hours from me.

I voted Dallas area, but closer to Houston is the Lake Conroe/Montgomery area which is a HUGE camping/resort area. Got a beautiful KOA campsite with cabins and about 3 miles down there is a convention center on Walden road called La Torreta Del Lago which is AWESOME!!!!! Police olympics were here about2 weeks ago and alot of people stayed there. Plus we have the scenic National Forest a couple mile down the road which is a huge favorite with the motorcycle riders with a couple of family oriented hamburger/beer joints along the way....

BTW the town is very clean, safe, family oriented, lots of eating establishments, Wal-mart 1 mile away from each location and no worries about your stuff getting stolen. Thats why I live out here and drive the 57 miles one way to work

KOA link..check out the pics... http://koa.com/where/tx/43239/

You forgot to add one very cool place. Pismo Beach California. All the sand dunes you could want and more. Would make for some great photos of the trucks all lined up on the beach with the sun going down. There's camping available as well for those that don't want to do a hotel thing.

The whole idea is to be somewhat centrally located.

Ok then...centrally located.....let me see....oh here we go...the CENTER OF THE US:
"It's off a gravel road north of Belle Fourche South Dakota, and you have to go into a ditch, cross a barbed-wire fence, and maneuver amongst the cactus and cow pies to find it,"

I said "somewhat!" All of these negative thoughts aren't getting anyone, anywhere. And this meet is optional, afterall

Not trying to upset anyone. I was just going off the ideas from the previous post. Also trying to keep the location somewhat in the middle of the US. If you have a location idea please post the location and some things that would make it good.

Yeah, I'm getting annoyed already. It's obvious that there will always be a much better place than the person before suggested.
