Dunno if you figured it out yet but that plug on the drivers side that you asked what it was is an obd plug. That's what a scangauge or items like it plug into to read your truck performance

The gray plug in the middle of the pic? That does not sit beneath the dash....it sits under the steering column up near the wheel. Thanks for trying to help out though! I still would like to know what it is.

Yeah it sits underneath the steering wheel close to the tire pressure sensor reset switch. Is that the same plug I'm talking about?

No...the one that I am talking about literally sits right behind the steering wheel on the column. You are talking about the plug under the dash. Thanks for trying though!

So I never had an opportunity to snap some pics of the completed truck when it was clean so I went to work! The last pic shows it's current appearance which is the same as all the others except for the new oem smoked headlights. Slapped on some new General grabbers AT2 265/70/17 and got a hell of a deal on them. $600 installed with the lifetime warranty that gets you a new tire for any damage no questions asked! I also installed 5100's up front and have them set at .85 but the goal is to bump it up to 1.75 and install billies in the rear with an AAL. I also am working really hard at getting a topper for the back. Leer XQ is on my radar but they are so damn expensive! Still putting together the pieces of a stereo and landed the JL Stealthbox with a console already modified so I won't have to hack mine up!

Nice job on the re-build man! Looks great! I'm looking for a good deal on some smoked OEM lights as well.... where did you get yours?? Stealership? Ebay?

Thanks very much for the compliments. But the latest mod is that I sold it to a really cool guy. I have told him about this forum many times so hopefully he joins which will allow me to keep tabs on the truck! I also bought the headlights new from the dealership. I got a screaming deal. :D the reason for the sale was to make room for my tundra.

Yeah...that one I bought new! I did do A LOT to it already but the only forum I think worthy of a build thread is this one but here it's Taco's only :(....all of the tundy forums suck compared to this one. Now if we could only convince everyone here to switch to a tundra that would be GREAT!!

Sweet job on the truck! Definitely should put up the Tundra build in the Tundy section.

And also should pop in and say hi in the Colorado BS thread lol
