What I do is use the + and - buttons on the left side of the steering wheel. If only the radio is playing it will adjust the radio volume. If you do it while directions are being given it will adjust only the navigation directions. The trick is to do that while directions are being spoken. That way you will have a volume level for each.

You need to adjust it while its giving directions. Unfortunately, I have to do this every time I start the vehicle, dumb. It has no memory from what I can find.

I have tried both the knob and the steering wheel buttons when it’s reading or speaking. it’s still not working even trying it with text is being read but nothing! I had to swing buy my dealer who agreed with me. it’s not working as intended so they are ordering me a new head unit and I’ll be notified when they have it. I hope you’re not having same issues

Guess you're talking about the built-in Nav? I use CarPlay for most everything and the volume for Siri is so low that it's useless. Can't have a text message read to me, or have Apple Maps read out instructions. Normal cars you can adjust the Siri volume while it's talking, but not on this truck. It's dangerous since you can't hear a text message and am tempted to pick up phone to see if it's urgent or not.

I was able to adjust Siri… ‍She’s still fairly quiet though…

Mine works normal. I use car play as well all the time. In the Tacoma I can adjust, Siri, texts being read, Waze nav, radio volumes all separately with both the steering controls or the knob.

Weird, mine doesn't do anything (or appear to) when I try to adjust volume when it's speaking. If it is adjusting the volume, it's not very noticeable and certainly not loud enough to hear it very well. It makes ACP somewhat useless for me.

IMG_5078.jpg I believe there’s a setting on the bottom of the audio settings page.
