I have a TRD Sport I just got about a week and a half ago with the same issues. The manager said I could either upgrade or completely change out the head unit to get in vehicle nav... All for a fee, of course. I basically just use Google maps via Android Auto now. Not what I wanted. Just assumed in car nav would be there like the rest of you said, but after research Toyota discontinued it unless you buy the higher package. Something the failed to communicate to me when I ordered the truck. Disappointed for sure... Especially since my wife's 2018 Highlander has it and it works reasonably well... Not the best but keeps the phone free...

I use Google Maps. But I always have my Tom Tom in my console.

I just use my older Garmin. Works perfect, I keep it current, move it to whatever vehicle I'm driving at the time. Don't want to squint at the phone, or get a ticket using it while driving.. I know a truck driver who almost lost his job over that.

I'm buying an iPad mini just so I can use it as an off road nav... I don't understand why we don't have nav, all the required things are in the truck already, it has gps and even 4g, so why no nav? Even has the maps button... toyota could have done it for basically no actual cost to them...
