Navy SEALs Face Assault Charges for Capturing Most-Wanted Terrorist

These people that circumvent the Constitution are the ones making the screwed up policies that allow our soldiers and law enforcement officers to be prosecuted for doing their jobs. Note I do not call the "Policies" Laws because any law that counterdicts the Constitution is null and void. Our government allows these things to happen because it no longer has soveriegnity over our soldiers, they are allowed to be tried in the courts of public opinion, not by the liberties guaranteed by the Constitution. My point is the United states Government is no longer abiding by the Constitution, It allows criminals and terrorists more rights than those sworn to defend and uphold the laws of the constitution. Your liberties have been given away with the "patriot act" which was neither, You can be held and not charged indefinitely, you can be searched without warrant if you have been declared an enemy of the state for such offenses as speaking out against the government, your house can be legally taken from you even if you own it free and clear just so some buisneses want to build a stadium. So my answer is we have been sold out, this has everything to do with this. What are we fighting for? The America we want to believe in no longer exists. Our soldiers die for an ungrateful nation in an ungrateful nation at the whim of the oil companies and banks to divert attention from what is really important, Our liberty, our sovereign nation and not some bull crap lies fed to us by the media.

 

Sooo if we want to blame somebody we should start with the weak kneed bowing and scraping excuse for a comandeer in chief that bows down before oil and money. then blame the whimp assed congress that does not defend the brave soldiers THEY have sent into harms way on their behalf, and when they do thier jobs they slap them in the face with a Lawsuit?. THAT is what gets me the most pissed off about this phoney playact we call The Federal Government
