I AM GOING TO CREATE A NEW THREAD ENTITLED NC MOD/COOKOUT DAY. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL ATTRACT MORE ATTENTION THEN MEET/EAT.

We have all put our heads together and come up with a mod/cookout day instead of a meet/eat day. Location is going to be in Winston-Salem at my business. This is so we will not be bothered by the law and not run off by anyone. We can spend however long we want there and pretty much have the entire industrial park to ourselves. I will post up the address when we get closer to February. We still need to decide on a date/time. I will buy all the food up front if everyone wants to pitch in a few bucks to help cover the costs. The more people that show up the cheaper it will be!! My parking lot can hold about 30 vehicles and that does not include our empty field which could hold 200+.

    Meet spot: Winston-Salem

    Date and Time: TBA

    Place: Alexander Equipment Company

yeah, lets try to get a good number. earlier this month I think it was 7 of us that showed up. if we could get upwards to 20 that would be great and just get a section of a restaurant reserved for us because they were kind of hinting at us to leave when we met at the ale house in raleigh

I'd be interested if we can get something together. Hopefully not too terribly far away from me.

Yeah Greenville is a hefty drive, to meet you guys. :frusty: I'd love to though. Asheboro might not be too bad. Pending on what I had going on, on the date set.

burlington is not bad, it is still on 40 and the charlotte guys would only have about a 2 hour drive which i knoasheville is at least 3 from burlington as it just took me 2 from winston to asheville. burlington also has more restaurants around the tanger outlets.
