It'll buff out! Just chop the frame at the cab and put in a new tube frame. DIY short bed conversion, even with dcsb wheelbase!

truck is not totaled. I can't believe the insurance company just writes that off like that. less than 5 grand and it would be fucking sick.

 

Lol I've been wanting to get into a new truck for long enough now it's time. I want nothing to do with building a frame, hate tube beds, love the new interiors. 16k damage to this one

I got most of my accessories. Took the LR arms and wheels and tires too (the good ones)

 

Sweet. Kind of surprised they let you grab wheels tires and lr's.

 

Well, when they weren't going to pay for all of them, I told him they were mine! And the arms almost no one would notice. I had the stock ones at the house so i swapped them with the help of my buddy who's grandpa owns the shop it's at

 

Glad you got your wheels off. Just saw that this happened sorry man. Wasn't sure if ya had spare wheels and tires till I checked. Was going to say I have a set of spare stock steels you could throw on.

 

Yea when I heard BGR wasnt allowed to take anything off I was like whuuuuut!
I couldnt imagine just walking away.

 

Thanks and I would have been all over the forums getting stockers if I didn't. Funny part was, I know a guy who wanted to buy my stock wheels and was going to and then this happened lol

BGR was able to get his stuff but had to have stock parts to replace them. He got his KINGS and some other stuff but left his bumpers.

 

Oh tru. Yea I was focused on his bumpers. I woulda gave him mine plus cash to not have them in a junkyard

 

I wonder if junkyards/crash yards/salvage yards make more money on our modified trucks or if they just ignorantly sell it all quickly :|
