    Fixed.

    1) The tab on the inverter relay was pushed in due to the tightness of fit with the jumper in as well. With this tab pushed in, the connection for the jumper was a little loose.
    2) Removed the jumper. Pulled the tab out to regular length with need needle nose pliers and put the inverter relay back in by itself (inverter still works so I guess the relay was ok).
    3) Drilled a hole in the cap that goes over the relay bank and ran the jumper wire out and to my BlueSea fuse box. Now I have constant power to my fog lights at my stock switch and can turn them on whenever. Done!

    I didn't do anything different put hook everything back up like I had it and BOOM. Worked like a charm. Hoping this time it lasts.

    Thanks OP. Great write up. Just completed this mod. The hardest part was removing the fog relay and getting the AC/DC inverter tab to fit together with the bent male tab. I filed down to thin out the tab on the male connector and the relay fit much easier.

    So I followed the OPs instructions. Was getting the fogs to come on only with parking lights. Tried two dif rockers and same results. Put it back to stock, including the relay, and my fogs are stuck only coming on with parking lights. Any ideas? I tested the relay for operability and ohms, tested the wiring going into the box for the relay. '13 dblc prerunner 2wd
