After completing this mod, ive noticed that while in park, i can manually control my fogs on/off. However, once in drive, i have no control turning them off if i wanted to until i go back into park or neutral. I did this mod in the first place so I could have the fogs on all the time so its not really an issue, but just curious if anyone else has come across this?

I just checked. The fog switch works in any position for me (Park/Drive/Reverse/Neutral). If I can run the A/C, I can turn on the fogs.

that doesnt sound right, So long as the key is turned on you should be able to use the foglights. Did you tap into the proper spot?

Installed Cooper At/3's (265/70R16) and ProComp 7089 Rims. Tinted front windows. Did the Fog Light Anytime mod. Did the tailgate mod. Added running boards. Adding sound Deadening from RAAMaudio. Replacing stock speakers with Polk Audio DB6501's.

should work fine, gear selection has no effect on any of those wires in that aux fuse box.

I have a 2008 Trd Off-road. My Foglight relay is in the main fuse box under the hood. I had recently added LED "Raptor" lights to my Satoshi grill. I wired them using a fuse tap placed in the "taillight" fuse receptacle under the dash, then ran the wire from there thru the firewall to the LEDs.

I decided to use that source of power to do ND4's Foglight anytime mod. Works well. Fogs can come on with just the parking lights, low beams or highbeams but not by themselves . I like the idea of being able to "kill all lights" with just a twist of the headlight knob on the end of the directional stick.

The only thing that would make this better is knowing which mods work for which years.

A huge thank you to the OP. Had the truck a month and hated that the fogs went off with the high beams. Did the alternative method in post #39, running the wire through the looms so there is nothing obvious from the outside of the boxes. Very happy to have this working as I want. Thanks!
