OP, I did you fog light anytime mod and it worked great thanks! Ive searched a lot for a similar mod for the DRL. I haven't found much that would do the same as the FL anytime mod. I would like to have my DRL on the same switch as my fog light and come on when I put my fogs on. Do you have any way to do this? Thanks ahead of time and sorry if I missed a thread that has this already.

Sorry if this is an ignorant question, but electrical is not my cup of tea...is that copper strand wire or solid?

I did remove the relays in anticipation of completing this mod. Just need to pick up the crimp connectors.

Always use stranded wire for 12 volt auto wiring, you can get a small roll where you get the crimp terminals.

Mod complete. Little bit of wire, 8 connectors, bam! Fogs anytime key is on! Total cost - $3.48 (connectors).

    My thanks also to ND4.

It works great. Did mine today, twice! It was too easy, but I made one small mistake

    utuzume2_13728090c8234d4ee6495255844681fc640fc979.jpg

See how all of the OP's connectors are insulated where they plug into the relay? (Above ^) Well, I didn't catch that at first. I went to my garage, saw that I had a bunch of connectors that will work. I plugged them all in and the mod worked perfectly. Here is where the glitch occurred. When I went to bend my relay down to put it into the fuse box, those uninsulated connectors touched, sparks flew, and I was on my way to Auto Zone for a new relay and some insulated connectors, like the ones in the OP's original post. So as a reminder use insulated connectors or wrap those little buggers with electrical tape.
