There was a video on all wheels Facebook page if some meat head in a jeep tearing up your mud hole. The jeep had like 20 inch wide tires on it.

Thanks, but I swapped tires, not wheels. If it was as easy as just bolting on and off there'd be no problem.

That was a bunch of kids that I know from up there. The whole weekend was a dedication to a kid named Asti Davison, who was shot and killed on interstate 81 in PA back in January. My X was small compared to the rest of the trucks out there.

And just so there's no confusion: if you say you're going wheeling in Maine, it generally includes large mud holes, and no regard for "tread lightly."

Yeah he was all over the throttle and backing up. Just generally tearing the mud hole a new one.

Well, there should be plenty of both at All Wheels this weekend; we probably got 3 inches of rain here yesterday, and it's raining again today and tomorrow.

Yeah after seeing the weather for the rest of the week im debating on making the trip up there. I just dont want to get swamped. Sunday is suppose to be really nice but i know it takes weeks for the water to receed up there.

Dunno. I sourced that photo from the interwebz :anonymous:

Temple Stream by my parent's house is of similar size/shape, though. I've caught many, many brookies there over the years, just trailing a hooked worm on a bobber with my old Gazelle canoe.

We had a summer place up in Ossippee and I spent many a summer day walking the streams and rivers for a fresh lunch or dinner
