I usually try to get 'em for breakfast if we're camping. Nothing better than sitting on a log watching the sun come up, eating fresh-caught trout cooked in a cast iron skillet over the campfire :D

    mmm....

That thing is a monster. The hub of his tire is the bottom of my truck.

I know, I know, but I needed a half ton.
Hopefully it dries up some.. Don't want to risk swamping the rig

Hopefully all the uplands areas are decent. Staying out of the giant mud holes shouldn't be a problem

The perimeter road is a shithole right now.

Yes, I was with the guy in the buggy Jeep. His younger brother was a year ahead of me in school.

Lived in Poland, Maine for 8 years. Graduated from UMaine as a Mech E, couldn't find a job, and was forced to move somewhere where I could.

A month ago the perimeter road was still defrosting. Everything's a soupy mess when the frost is coming out of it. My gravel driveway turns as soft as a fresh turd on a hot day.

Don't take it seriously. Very little that I post is meant to be taken seriously.

I can scout it this evening after work and give you guys an update if you want. I've got to go over that way anyhow to pick up some chicken feed from Paris Farmer's Union; I'll just detour over and spy how muddy it all is.
I can even try and get some pictures with my smartyphone if I can figure it out.

That would be awesome since I'm a few hours away! Also it would be helpful to get a better idea of the conditions. Thanks!
