    Disable data and wifi / enable GPS and drive around. There's no way to technically simulate GPS locations without getting super technical or buying additional equipment as far as I'm aware.

    I use backcountry navigator on Android. You can easily download topos for offline use, and import/export waypoints and tracks.

    Suprisingly I found plenty of logging roads in the factory gps when I was up there a few weeks ago, even found a few roads that were heavily overgrown that showed up in the gps.
