That's a wetland area and should generally be avoided in the future. That's how places get shut down.

Do you guys still plan trips through the winter? Assuming there's not 2 feet of snow on the ground hiding boulders and deep holes, i'd love to get out on a trail with a couple inches of snow. Seems like it makes for awesome pictures and video haha

 

I was wondering the same. It'd be sweet to plan a winter wheelin trip! Thats when most folks get to put their recovery gear to use, right? Lot's more gettin stuck, which would be fun

 

We've been known to go out in the winter. People have also been known to blow up rear ends and slide into swamps in the winter time

@DoubleRGirl this Saturday a bunch of people are going to the RI spot. I'm still on the fence about going if anything I'll meet you guys on the trails.
@cjrodriguez31 shoot me a message with the screen shot of where you guys plan on entering from. I normally drop in from the eastern side.

 

Yes its still on. I will do a final role call tomorrow and list the names going. I will also send out screen shots of where to meet for the people who live closer to the trails.
