I meet a guy with a z4m coupe, he tracked it. Had the stickers from NH, VIR, limerock, and Watkins Glen on the window. Sweet car.

What about the 1m coupe? Not a real M?

the z4m was the last kind of bare boned m car. it's pretty no frills, not a lot of nannies. doesn't have the electronic assisted steering that doesn't give you any feedback

Yes. Plus now I got rid of those stupid front bumper wings that kept getting ripped off on the backside of Volkswagen hill. So bring on the rocks. I should also have full skids by then. I was a little nervous doing some of the trails skidless besides the stock tin ones, but I don't think it ever was an issue in reality

Surely did. FJ has better approach/break over/ departure angles than taco obviously. But still, just took my time and cruised right through. I know I nailed my rear lower links/ upper link mount skids a bunch, but it's hard not to with the FJs rear link setup. That's why I've got link mount skids and beefy lower links, so I can drag them through rocks to my heart's content. Besides that and the sliders (which got used a lot) I don't think I took any hits on the underside of my truck

What about the engine in the 2016? Turbo 6 making nearly 500hp.

Yeah the manual is a dying breed.

The GTS doesn't have a radio, or rear seats.

I thought only Ford did that radio exhaust bs.

I can't wait until my wife lets me wheel her FJ...gonna be a few years...lol I love how the driveshaft is tucked up under on the FJs. Genius design...my Taco's driveshaft is the undercarrage week point for sure.

I always say that sliders should be the #1 mod. It completely changed my style of wheeling when I got them and took a ton of pressure off worry about damaging the rockers. Nothing better than the sound of sliders on rocks!

no i mean the f80 body style, not the e90/e92. the f80 pumps in the exhaust sound so the joke with the people who own them is "how do you like the sound system?"
