I'll have 2 with me and can use 1 to relay "important" messages to you peons.:rofl::rofl: I mean technically I probably shouldn't be using mine but what's another day :notsure:

Looks like I should be able to make it out; I just don't know if I'll be able to stay the entire run/day.

I might be right there with you on that.

A lot is going to depend on today.

Down in New Bedford at the moment... And if I can get done what I need to, and get back, and get more stuff done, etc... Not enough hours in the day, and days in the week

Depending on when you are looking to leave I could lead you out. I remember my first run I stayed the whole time because I had no idea where to go

I can bring my SWR meter. If anyone wants to check out their antenna setup. I know there were a few people that are really in need of some tuning :boink:

Remember that time we went for a night run out there and a few locals blocked the trail acting like they owned and tried to ask me what was going on?

I saw them ahead of us, they were all drinking beer and riding in the back of the bed acting like wannabe rednecks. As I pulled closer to them one walked my way and I stopped about 30 yards back just in case.
I had a LEO duty bag (I use it for wheeling gear) in the front seat with my hand in it when he walked up. He asked a few quick questions then walked away when he noticed my hand in the bag - pretty sure he didn't expect me to be armed.

It's amazing how townies will lose their swagger when they notice that you're strapped.
