    Hmmm, there are by passes for the more difficult spots? That's not too far from the Mrs. parents Maine house i usually stay at while working up here every Monday to Wednesday

    It takes about 2.75 hours from Hopkinton to freeport doing like 65-70 with stopping at the kennebunk rest area for coffee/ piss. Lewiston is just about equidistant, just on the other side of 95.

    A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
    Armor is a big must if you're going to push on some of the harder trails, but there's almost always a way around and plenty of good spots where you can have fun without breaking anything. It really is a cool place, especially for $10 and some gas money.
