Does anyone else’s falken wildpeaks suck in the snow?

 

Not mine, drove home from Fairchild to Spokane in 2wd and only even needed 4 high to get up doomsday hill because there was a vehicle stuck midway up the hill and I was stopped on the hill.

 

Hey, I'm in Spokane. Just found this thread and haven't read through it yet. I'm hoping to go camping with some friends this weekend, any suggestions for good hot springs in the area?

 

If anyone is interested, and not working, a few friends/coworkers and I are going to the 7 Mile ORV Park to have a little fun on Friday. Meeting at the parking lot at 930.

 

Welcome. I am interested as well, I can’t think of anything like that close to here. I am thinking most tails are impassible or closed. I am backpacking this weekend, probably snowshoeing, but thinking that’s not what you are looking for?

Yeah, kind of random day to go out but we work 4-10's and have Monday's off but since it's a holiday we get Friday off too.

 

If I happen to get out before noon, I'll head out if ya'll will still be there

Im not aware of any hot springs in eastern WA or north ID. Heard of one near Packwood and another somewhere near maybe Tollgate or Spout Springs.

 

Bit of a trek but there are the LoLo hot springs too. Probably four or five hours from Spokane.

 

No, it's not, although I'd be interested in the future. I've got friends who are hoping to get out this weekend, but none of us are local.

Depends on the $$ budget. Bilsteins seem to be popular. I'm thinking of switching to a name brand suspension. like Fox or Kings

 

Everyone seems to go with adjustable shocks or even worse, far far worse, spacers. Do it right and lift it with springs and buy non-adjustable shocks to match.
